Only half of those we spoke to say they’re satisfied with their lives, and one in three say they lack access to the resources, knowledge, and networks that would help them move forward.
Mpowered builds on a belief that’s at the heart of Marshalls: that everyone deserves access to better. Now, we’re taking that promise further.
How? Through three pathways to empowerment designed to meet her where she is.

Building Financial
Know-How

Helping her feel more confident with her money today while building a secure financial future; after all, 83% of women surveyed say it’s the number one factor in achieving their ideal life.

Fostering Community
& Connection

Creating spaces where she can find mentors, allies, and a sense of sisterhood. We all grow stronger when we lift each other up — yet half of women surveyed say they don’t have a mentor to support them.

Embracing Confidence
& Self-Worth

Helping her recognize her worth and own her voice. 87% of women say having a sense of self-worth and confidence is essential to achieving their ideal life, yet many still struggle with societal pressures and self-doubt.

Marshalls commissioned quantitative research study conducted in August 2024. Research surveyed 2,000 adult women across the US.

The Marshalls Good Stuff

Accelerator Program

developed in partnership with Luminary — is a virtual, 12-month experience designed to help 40 participants turn their personal and professional ambitions into action.
