The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program — developed in partnership with Luminary — is a virtual, 12-month experience designed to help 40 participants achieve their ideal life with expert guidance, coaching, and community.

Chelsea M.
Chelsea is an organizational psychologist in Massachusetts, whose passion for investing in people began in Mozambique, where she mentored 35 young women and helped them stay in school. Today, she’s looking to focus her work on employee wellbeing and how workplaces impact mental health. As a recent immigrant rebuilding her career in the U.S., Chelsea joined the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program, where she gained clarity and confidence. She is now turning her research into practical tools that help organizations create healthier, more supportive workplaces where people can thrive.

Emily B.
Emily is a bicoastal personal stylist based in Virginia who believes in the transformative power of personal style. Through styling, color, and practical wardrobe guidance, she helps women express who they are and step into what’s next with confidence. The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program helped Emily reflect on how far she’s come and prepare for her next era. Now in a period of personal and professional growth, she’s dreaming big—expanding her team, reaching more women, and building her styling business into a lasting legacy brand.

Cashawna S.
Cashawna is a single mother raising a daughter on the autism spectrum who inspires everything she does. While navigating a major life transition, she joined the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program to create greater stability, flexibility, and possibility for their future. Through mentorship, workshops, and community, she gained confidence, strengthened her vision, and learned to invest in herself. Today, she is growing her business focused on vacation home profitability while creating a life rooted in faith, perseverance, service, and a lasting legacy for her daughter.

Bianca A.
Bianca is the Bolivian-born founder and CEO of a travel business helping women of color see the world while supporting local communities. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she spent 15 years in public health before becoming a full-time entrepreneur. Her university travel programs have brought more than $70,000 to local businesses in Puerto Rico. Through the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program, she is benefiting from the tools, confidence, and support to grow through storytelling, speaking, partnerships, and purpose-driven travel.

Brandi W.
Brandi is the Charlotte-based founder of a wellness platform that helps Black women reconnect with rest, joy, and themselves through spaces, tools, and shared experiences. With a background in public relations and strategy, she also helps organizations close the gap between intention and experience. Through the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program, Brandi gained clarity on her business model and vision. Today, she is building her business to work on both sides of the problem—supporting Black women while helping organizations examine and change the conditions that shape their experiences.

Holly P.
Holly is a Los Angeles-based life and business coach who helps women become more visible, magnetic, and memorable. Blending mindset, strategy, and personal style, she helps women own how they show up and create bigger opportunities for themselves. Through the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program, Holly turned access into action—speaking on a live panel, building community, and strengthening her leadership. Today, she is growing her podcast and creating more opportunities for women to be seen, heard, and chosen.

Maxine B.
Maxine, from Chicago, has faced challenges, including losses in her family and a fire at her business. Despite it all, she remains resilient. Through the Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program, she overcame self-doubt and fear. With encouragement from her Cru community, a powerhouse support group, she re-launched her pop-up concession stand and is now working toward her dream of owning a storefront and creating jobs for single moms and women in need.

Karla M.
This Texas mom of two joined the program seeking guidance, but she found what she truly needed: community. After a separation and financial setback, Karla M rebuilt her confidence through weekly Cru group sessions, grew her social media following, and reconnected with her passion for uplifting young Latinas. She's now relaunching her bilingual books for young girls — in Spanish and English — celebrating the beauty and strength of Latina culture, and running a VIP dog boarding business, all while giving back through charity events and youth classes, fueled by a newfound belief in herself and her purpose.

Karla Y.
From her home in Chicago, Karla Y has taken her virtual tutoring business to the next level, offering corporate ESL and Spanish programs that are truly making a difference. Thanks to the support from the program through mentorship and peer coaching sessions, she found confidence, clarity, and a new sense of momentum that has even carried over into her personal fitness and wellness goals. Her first corporate ESL class had 100% amazing feedback, and now she’s excited to keep growing and helping others feel seen, heard, and at home.

Patricia R.
When she joined the program, Patricia had just welcomed her second child and was navigating life as a new mom of two while trying to keep her business afloat. After moving to Austin, TX with her husband to pursue their dreams, things got challenging. Through the program, she received guidance from experts and found a group of women that lifted her up. Now, with renewed focus, financial prowess, and a rebrand in progress, she’s stepping into her next chapter with confidence, all with her little ones cheering her on.

Leeane M.
When Leeane, aka Reina, applied to the program on her lunch break, she was fresh off a breakup and trying to stay grounded, balancing life in LA, her full-time job in sustainable fashion, and nights spent writing music with her pup by her side. The program and its tools gave her networking opportunities, accountability, funding, and a much-needed creative reset. She released one Spanish EP and is working on her second to be released next year with the help of the grant.

Novella B.
Novella, a Mississippi native, raised in Illinois and licensed therapist, joined the program to regain financial stability and pursue her LCPC license. Raised by her grandmother and driven by a calling to help others, she's now preparing for her exam and interning in addiction counseling. The program gave her not just a grant, but mentorship and guidance that reminded her of her purpose: to uplift and heal underserved youth.
